To get started, download and launch the app. Sign-in with your kp.org user ID and password. A Northern California member without a kp.org user ID and password can register from the app – just tap “Sign-In Help.” Once you sign-in, enable app notifications.

I like my doctor on line. It’s the best of Kaisers two apps. I never get dropped using it. I have no problems scheduling appointments, getting meds ordered, checking results. Best is, my MDs and I communicate clearly. I am a CA survivor. It’s important. This App is numero Uno.

You can’t get your doctors appointment added to your local calendar anymore. It use to be obvious, then it was hidden in a link to to time/date displayed on the appointment card… now that’s broken and the only option is to launch a new email with the appointment details filled in. But Kaiser’s top-notch IT team wasn’t done yet, oh no, they found a way to break the filter that detects date/time information in apple mail somehow so you have to fill in half the details yourself, like some kind of peasant.

I’m about to leave Kaiser. I’m having a big problem and I can’t get an appointment with my doctor until May 15. That’s why I don’t go to the doctor cause you never get an appointment when you’re sick by the time the appointment comes around you’re not sick anymore this is ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this.
