The Kaiser Permanente of Washington app makes it easier than ever to manage your health. Exclusively for Washington residents, the app offers quick access to virtual care, finding a doctor, exchanging secure messages with your care team, managing prescriptions, scheduling visits, paying bills, and more. Additionally, the app is integrated with Apple Health Kit. The refreshed home page includes new navigation making it easier to find multiple ways to get care online or in-person. Quickly find care recommendations for an ongoing health concern, a new health concern, and see all care options, including 24/7 Care Chat with a provider. Enhanced navigation organizes the information and features you need into convenient sections: • Appointments – view upcoming appointments and visits and see your after-visit summaries. • Messages – exchange secure messages with your care team. • Medications – refill or transfer prescriptions, see a list of your medications, view pharmacy wait times, or chat with a pharmacy representative. • Records – access your test results, after-visit summaries, health summary, routine care reminders, and share your health record with non-Kaiser Permanente providers. Additionally, you can upload health and fitness data, including data from the “Apple Health app” when enrolled in our Care-companion programs. • My Plan – pay a bill, view your statements, Explanation of Benefits, Benefits Usage, and coverage documents. • Locations and wait times – find the nearest Kaiser Permanente medical facility, schedule a phone, video, or in-person visit, view upcoming and past visits, and see wait times for pharmacy and lab. Constantly has issues
Sometimes you can’t login, sometimes they block the US alley county you’re traveling in, today I discovered the prescription refill button has disappeared. Sure glad we pay the highest premiums in the world for 3rd world services.
Very poor app
Poorly designed app. Often get error messages. Also, when clicking on a Kaiser email on my iPhone, it doesn’t open the app. Instead, it opens the browser for login. This is not a good way to do it. Most other apps when clicking on an email on the mobile device open the app and then Face ID is applied. This is a simple thing for the developers, but they must not understand.
Down load IPhone
Can’t opened
Worst app ever
You can’t even schedule doctors appointments on this app…like there’s a menu item but it’s non-functional…this is an app that’s for patients too coordinate care and you can’t even schedule appointments 😅 that’s just to name one problem. It’s messy and confusing to use - really basic functions that shouldn’t be complicated to use somehow are.
Scam provided by bigots
they deadname their clients on the app and have no intention on fixing it so if your transphobic this might be the insurance for you, they don’t update the app to fix basic features like update email address which has been broken for months, no appointments available ever but they still charge you full price of course it’s not like it’s affecting them negatively, and even the app feedback button on the app is broken with all of these issues and the fact that the insurance is unusable this is a scam too me.
Very Useful Healthcare Tool
I’ve relied on this app quite a bit the past few years while navigating my and my children’s medical needs. It has been an invaluable resource. I’ve been especially grateful for past records being available all the way to before Kaiser took over Group Health, it helps me understand and share medical history. The difficult scheduling issues people complain of aren’t due to the app, they’re a systemic issue with Kaiser. I understand the frustration but it’s not one the app developers can control. The only issues I’ve had with the app were messages getting dumped while I was composing them and a brief time where my child’s main page showed my medical appointments instead of his, otherwise I’ve not had any problems the years I’ve been using the app and I’m truly grateful to have it.
