9 days is Way Too long for funds to clear
Why do I have to wait 9 days after you receive the funds from my bank via ACH to have them clear and be available?? Ridiculous
Needs improvements
We’re unable to add, remove, replace old attachments to a claim. It makes it difficult to properly attach and organize the requested documents. We’re also unable to edit claims. It’s difficult to ensure everything is accurate. Also, can’t see if miles were added in a previous claim.

Kaiser and FSA accounts
Kaiser will not use your FSA first for payments. You have to watch them carefully. It’s like they are playing a game with you to try to keep that money because they know it does not roll over or get refunded. When I have time I am going to file a complaint with their regulator. If you are also having this problem I encourage you to file a complaint as well. Stop the grift!
