Constantly crashes, incorrect information
The app keeps logging me out every 5 seconds making it totally useless. When I can see information, it displays inaccurate details about my insurance plan. Regence is abysmal and the app makes their poor service and red tape even worse. They should have their BCBS franchise revoked.
Can’t even log in
What’s the point of a health insurance user app if you can’t even login? I’ve had the app for a few months now and everytime I’ve attempted to use it for information it never successfully logs me in. Just refers to the tech support number.
Second time to submit a dental claim.
I submitted my claim soon after my surgery on 2/23/24. I could see this claim as pending in the app for weeks, then suddenly disappeared. The dentist contacted me to say that insurance could not identify me as a patient, yet I could see the claim had been pending under my name in the app. I'm frustrated at how long it takes to receive a reimbursement , yet how quickly money is required for treatment.
Useless
I have Regence for medical and dental. Two separate cards. This app will not allow me to have both cards on the same accounts. It defeats the purpose of having an app if I have to have multiple accounts and continuously log in back and forth.

When you make me re-enter it every single time and do the MFA? Bloody useless app 🙄😠
