Who can use this app: --If you are a member of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina or BlueChoice Health Plan, this app is for you. --If you are a member of a different BlueCross plan, this app may be included. Just check the back of your insurance card to see if “My Health Toolkit” is part of your health plan’s website. This app supports all medical and dental benefit plans administered by BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and BlueChoice Health Plan. Constantly forgetful
This app is garbage. Why even offer Face ID when it never works? The app is laggy, and the UI is not user friendly. Horrible app.
App not functioning with iOS 17.2
I had an iPhone 13 (iOS 16.1.1) and recently upgraded to an iPhone 15. The 15 is operating on iOS 17.2 and I can no longer use this app. The app closes itself out every time I open. Please update the app.

Extremely poorly designed website
App is typically buggy for healthcare software, many features throw backend errors. Clearly a bad development with poor leadership Website is even worse. The UI has 1,700 buttons scattered about. Pay Bill button is hidden at the very bottom and not included in the top navbar. Hilarious design decision to hide such a common feature down there while also providing NO billing/account status alerts anywhere else throughout the UI. So users will have no idea if their account is in good standing or not. Whoever is making these decisions needs to be replaced with someone experienced and competent
