Doesn’t Work
Every time I open it to see my prescriptions it says “add patient” and scan label. When you do it wants to refill the prescription and says no patients added. ????

This app never works to be able and see my prescriptions. I have deleted reinstalled changed passwords but no luck. Why have an app that does not work!

I have tried to work this app and it’s impossible! Nothing scans, cannot enter a number of a prescription and a code is never sent. Now it’s even extremely difficult to send texts to the pharmacy. Are you trying to disenhance customers??

I can’t add myself as a patient because it does not send the verification code to my phone even though my phone number was correct. App does not work at all.

While I absolutely love Publix and the pharmacy people as they are extraordinary, always friendly. The app itself is a joke. I mean it's a total joke. I don't know how many times I've had to delete it to reinstall it to delete it. It's freaking terrible when you receive text message with prescription ready click on that link and pay for it that way do not use this app. it's 2024. It's a hard to believe that the app could be this bad look at the reviews. It's not just me.
