Poorly written app; wants to pick my order in FL, even though I’m in SC. Chose the option “Browse other locations”, but only shows stores 800 miles away. Useless app.

I don’t understand how Publix can let Instacart put so many annoying Ads in their App. Half the results are Ads now, and in the last few days they have started putting annoying Ads that keep zipping across the screen. Wake up Publix, more Ads equals less buying. Build your own App before your image is ruined.

I’m writing to express an issue with my recent order. Despite receiving a notification that the delivery was made and the driver indicating they left the package at my door, I have thoroughly checked and there’s no sign of the delivery. I even reviewed my home security camera footage, which shows no one approaching my door during the supposed delivery time. I reached out to the driver via Publix chat, but unfortunately, they didn’t seem to care about the matter and closed the chat without resolving the issue. This experience has been frustrating, and it’s disappointing that the driver was not clear with me. I’ve had better experiences with other websites, particularly Target.

I’m getting g items I did not request and the driver changed on her own without my approval! She’s blaming it on INSTACART which I don’t even request INSTACART for delivery. I will NEVER use this service again and I suggest those of you out there that do, be careful before you get ripped off too!!!’
