This app was useful once there are annoying video pop ups, really hate those, the information I need difficult to find, and nothing for the loyalty experience. Big disappointment!

I am ASTONISHED at how AWFUL this app is. It is without question the worst app I have to use on a regular basis. Completely non-intuitive layout. Signing in is always a debacle. Checking out takes forever and glitches or crashes often. The ads are obnoxious. Sometimes instead of the app just loading, it takes me to the mobile website, which is somehow worse. And each update seems just to add more of the bugs that make the app terrible instead of addressing things that need improvement. Pretty pathetic.

The newest update is terrible for The Fresh Market. It used to be organized and you could navigate by the category you chose (ie: sale items). I keep waiting for this to get better but it’s terrible. They broke something that never needed to be fixed. Save your time and google the ad or something. Awful, just awful.

You’re food may be fresh — oh wait, it’s actually not. I’ve seen numerous items past their expired date on your shelves. Then, to top it off, your “loyalty” experience is buggy and offers no real benefit to being loyal. Sure, there are some good sales on items in the store, but no point system and the account login/retrieval process doesn’t work. I don’t care how “high quality” your products are — if it’s not easy or trustworthy, it isn’t even worth ONE star.

This app used to be great because I could easily make lists, and then if I decided to do pickup or delivery it would switch all my items seamlessly. It looks like they e removed the list feature and we now have something copied from Instacart, but not Instacart. I love the actual store, but am upset about this “update”! Also, now even when I am IN the app, it gives me an “Open App” link. For such a classy store I am surprised at how bad the spp is now.

I used to use the app almost daily, to see what specials they had for the day. They changed the app and now I can’t view what I used to. At least … not easily. If I click “popular products” and apply a filter … I eventually get what’s on sale. It’s inconvenient. The app is pushing things I don’t want. Something’s don’t work at all. It will redirect you to their website and then won’t show your home store. It makes me not want to use the app. It makes me not want to shop at Fresh Market at all.
