I’m not sure what’s going on with the app but I’m not getting any points I know I’ve ordered enough to have 2 free pizza and I know I have to spend a minimum of 10.00 so I always make sure my total is 11 something

Total FAIL

I tried to order pizza they the app. It kept giving me an error msg. ORDER FAILED. Never received ANY confirmation email or text. Today I look at my bank statement and I’m minus 97 dollars for pizza I never got. Called the store and have to wait until someone is there that knows something. Talk to my bank they reversed 4 of them but kept the money for my first order (for delivery) which was never confirmed or delivered. Never, ever again Hungry Howies. You’ve lost a customer over this app.

Only one payment option

No Apple Pay or pay at location. The only option is giving my card info to a company I know will save it on a server that’ll eventually be compromised. It’s the 2020s come on now.
