Horrible UI
Every single time I open the app I have to log in, and every single time I place an order I have to fill in my credit card information despite constantly selecting the “save for future orders option.” That, in addition to the absolutely horribly UI, the inability to correctly include promo codes, etc. makes this app an absolute nightmare. I have literally chosen to order from Papa John’s several times, not because of the pizza quality, but just to avoid using this nightmare of a pizza app. FIX THESE ISSUES

The app doesn’t work. I can’t order food. I can’t review the menu for my local Marcos. It’s useless. I’d be embarrassed to have this app with my company’s name on it.

It’s absolutely deplorable and has caused the brand new Marcos near me to lose business many times. It never saves my password so that’s annoying enough, but it also NEVER saves my card information, which I don’t always have on hand and can’t access the number any other way. There is also no Apple Pay…raise everything 50 cents and pay the cost for that type of access, there’s profit in that kind of convenience. Get it together, Marcos.

The app is better than when it was first released, but it no longer allows you to provide directions to the delivery location. It never fails the delivery driver gets lost coming to my house.

Great pizza but too bad I can’t order online or via the app anymore. Past 5 times I’ve ordered pizza I’ve tried Marcos but ended up going with another company because it Marcos won’t let me order online or via the app. I’ve been order from them for years but now it says my address is outside the delivery area. The store I choose is 1.5mi from my house. Perhaps they don’t mind the loss in revenue.

Just an absolutely terrible app. 1-2 steps above “barely functioning.” Super fun to have to request a password reset every time you login because the app literally will not save passwords and doesn’t offer Face ID.
