Can no longer join a waitlist
The app was originally working perfectly, but I can no longer use the “Join Waitlist” feature anymore. If I try using the button, the button greys out but without making a booking.
Curbside Ordering Needs to be Fixed!
On 01/12/24, we tried to place a curbside order, but the app kept saying there was some sort of issue and the order was not processed. We thought maybe it was because my boyfriend used his card on my app account, so we switched to my card…still gave us errors. We decided to order from another restaurant. The Cheddars order didn’t show up in the “recent orders”, nor did we receive a text or email about an order. But about 20min after all this, we receive a text saying our order will be ready to pick up. Meanwhile, still no history/confirmation of said order in app and still didn’t receive the normal email we receive with orders. As a matter of fact, the items we were trying to order were still in the cart. The restaurant is supposed to issue a refund, obviously not the location’s fault. But whoever is in charge of the app needs to get it fixed!!

App doesn’t work , when you try to look up menu on google dose not work
Frustrating
The app will not let me sign in, it keeps telling me mandatoryFieldIsNullOrEmpty. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and rebooted several times. I’ve reset password and everything I can think of, no luck. Still can’t sign in!
Relocated my order…
I work in St Petersburg FL and have to drive about 1.5 hours to get home. I decided to use the app instead of calling directly. I SPECIFICALLY picked the location near my house and delayed to order to accommodate my drive home. This is done first prior to placing the order. I made my selection and paid for the meal then began my drive. Apparently the app thought in its infinite wisdom to change the location to near where I started instead of what I had chosen. I drive home and arrive at the Cheddars I selected. I parked and replied the the text letting them know I was there. I walked inside to minimize the delay only to see that my order was not therewith. I open the app and then see that the location had changed. The Cheddars at the incorrect location called looking for me. They wanted to know if I wanted to drive the 55 miles back to them and pickup the order just so I could turn around and drive the 55 miles back to my house. I told them No. I had to place an order at the new location and pay again for the same food all because the app changed the pickup location.
