Does not work properly
The app makes it very difficult to place orders. I have to input it multiple times before it sticks. When trying to trying to create an account (because I thought that would improve my app experience), when I enter my birthday it either times out or does nothing when I click Submit. My devices are up to date. So sad, the restaurant has missed several orders from me because of the poor app functionality. If you need me to be an app tester, I will be happy to help.
Poor performing app
For the third time I have been disappointed with the app when signing up for the Wait List. It doesn’t work… just hangs up and you have to call the restaurant to get on the list at all. Fix your freaking app!!!
Will not work
I download the app hoping order food and pay. Well I tried to create an account and when I hit enter it just keeps saying sorry it timed out as soon as I press the button

What is wrong with your programming that I would need to update your app immediately after downloading it? Gives me 0 confidence
App is useless
Beginning 2-3 wks ago after the app was updated the ability to logon and get on the Call Ahead list failed. Now, the app immediately throws up an error page and locks up - even the “Go Back To Home” selection fails to work. The only option I have is to close the app. Have deleted the app and reloaded it with no luck. Have iPhone 15 with iOS 17.4.1. Anyone at Darden listening?
Still cannot log in on iPad
Even with the latest update, I have problems with the iPad app, which is why I always place my online orders via the website. I tried again today to order through the iPad app, and it said an update was available. I thought this would be the magic bullet to fix the problem, but no, I still cannot log on through the iPad app. I updated my iPhone and the app works fine there, but the iPad app has been buggy from the beginning. Since I use my iPad for work and most other online things, I have to go back to the website. So fargging frustrating!
Waitlist on app should be bigger
In Texas, everything is bigger. We dont have families of four, we are always in a pack of at least 5-6. We should be able to join the waitlist on the app, not by calling because they dont let you.
