The food and service is always great, however the scanning function on your app to earn rewards doesn’t focus. Most of the time I have to manually enter in the receipt for the rewards, not a deal breaker but definitely very frustrating.

Usually the bloom comes off the rose several visits in. Not the case at Slim Chickens in Lake Wales! The service is lightning fast and courteous. The food is outstanding and the staff is very accommodating. Just downloaded the app and will be making this a weekly stop. Shout out to Deja who took my order⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to the new location with my wife in Lake Wales Florida, made a to-go order. My wife requested okra for her side upgrade. We got home, and she got fries instead of her requested okra. She called and talked to the manager on duty Nate. He said to hold the receipt for a free replacement meal.
