Updated app is terrible
I can no longer pay for gas with my app and the fuel discount is less. Overall, the new app is terrible.

The big reason I went to Kum & Go with my big truck and boat, easy access forthe boat and being able to turn the pump with the app and the discounts for gas you’ve taken away the biggest reason to go to Kum & Go

Don’t bother with updating- Total waste of time! Had to sit there and create a login which was a pain. Finally got on and the activate pump option was gone. Couldn’t even use your reward points at the pump. They want you to go inside. Ridiculous. I literally have to go out of the way to use Kum&Go so won’t be back. Costco is much closer and way less hassle. Gas ended up being cheaper at Costco now that I can’t use my .10 cents off/gal and way more convenient.

Fuel pay was the entire reason that I was going to Kum n go in the first place as the app is faster, but without fuel pay, what’s the point?

Just another company that got greedy. Took the one good thing away thinking “2 cents off” will make up for it. I would go out of my way to find a Kum and go because the fuel rewards were so good and now they no longer offer anything. Whoever made that decision should be fired.

The best feature of the app was removed without a stated reason. Previously could activate pump from the phone which was super convenient.

Reset PW does not work for the App. Getting error message after PW reset. Getting logged out more and more now and PW reset is an issue.
