Garbage app do not bother. Can’t even log in even though my login works perfectly on desktop. Exactly the quality you’d expect from a blood sucking insurance company.

This is frustrating as the app does not provide a way to enter your zip code to find care near you. It by default shows doctors in WA with no option to change even though your GPS is on.

If I could give it zero stars, I would, because the sign up experience in the app is just the worst I’ve seen. Had to re-enter verification code like 10 times for my phone number till I gave up, then it came time to log in and it said my username doesn’t exist. Something I just registered. Stupid app

For some reason even though it knows my location it will only show providers in Lynwood, WA even though I don't even live in Washington state. No way to hard search for my zip code either so it is useless
United StatesSubmit Medical Claim
Why is it that I can submit a medical, dental or vision claim on the Premera web site, but only submit a vision claim through the app? I installed this app thinking it would help me stay organized and submit claims as soon as they arrive. Imagine: snap a photo from phone camera at the clinic or as soon as a claim arrives in the mail, submit, done! Secondly why can’t I add my insurance card to Apple Wallet? That seems like a 1 day programming task. Please add these features. Otherwise this app is kinda useless.

You can’t find a provider near you because you can’t change the location, specify a location, now will the app locate you even with location turned on, off, etc.
