Great review and reminder and track of exercises.
MedGo
App needs some work to be practical. Doesn’t allow nearly enough time to get from one exercise to another. 30 seconds would be enough.
Notifications
I don’t have an opinion on the site. I clicked on something by mistake and now I constantly get reminders every day to finish my daily exercise activity. I hope I pressed the button to stop getting these notices. When and if I decide to use the app. I will appreciate these notifications but right now I do not.
Improve the app
Exercises go too fast from one to another. For instance with first use, there’s no time to get prepared with needed supplies. There needs to be an easier way to stop the exercise between sets.
“Great Expectations” - half useful / not-yet half-done app
It’s as tho’ someone had a Great idea … and started … and quit, LONG BEFORE FINISHING a completely useful and supportive app. a.). There are NO WRITTEN overviews introducing a patient into what they are about to Use. Or b,). Encounter, nor what to Expect … or c.). NOT TO EXPECT 1.). There is NO AUDITORY. - - - NOR VISUAL - - - indicator that ONE exercise. Is about to END. OR MORE IMPORTANTLY a Different exercise BEGIN. 2.). Even though the screen Indicates the individual patient Rx for Reps AND DURATIONS, the App does not “accompany’ the patient as they DO SO. There is No follow-along-with the app support. And TIMING and HOLDING POSITIONS. 3.). It’ll “say”, “Rest”. But the App HAS NOT STAYED WITH YOU TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE EXERCISE. There are NO TIMED HOLDS AS TH RX INDICATES. WHAT’S THE POINT ? Of a “rest”? I’m quitting my CONSTRUCTIVE critique for now. I’m tired. This app , well, the title says it all. I NEED this PT therapy. I wanted to follow, start on my own. Much, much disappointment.
Bill Pursley strap and walk
Had three repetitions of 10, 12 and 15 strap pulls yesterday and today Saturday. Walk 12 feet in between each repetition. First walk felt uncomfortable remaining two walks were easier and little pain.
PT with MedBridge
I really appreciate this app as it provides visual guidance to the proper way to perform each exercise and sets pace and record of each accomplishment.
