So white and too bright
Great idea. Terrible layout. The awful white screen hurts my eyes. It needs a black or dark window feature, urgently.

I never write review but here i am adding my 2 sense to it as im having huge hurdles to get an appointment setup. I had my first session and then for the next one i had to add my card number but it doesn’t work regardless of the card i put in and use it just complains about the expiry month and year being wrong. I tried the customer support and i was told just to submit a ticket and told i would get a reply soon. 2 months in now nothing heard back, tried to ask about the case but seems like its customer service cant even get it. I love the platform and support its providing but the platform has a lot of bugs that devs should address.

I got this app because Kaiser Permanente referred me to it. The sign up was flakey. When I finally got into it, the app was very unreliable and would just get stuck and not do anything. Sometimes it will recommend an activity and then you’d find that actually the activity doesn’t work. The support people are awful too. I’ve opened a couple of tickets and nobody called me back. Mental health is a delicate thing. You get referred to this and so you hope it will help. And the you find the app is garbage. That can make matters worse. Not good at all.

The app opens and an automatic error message pops up. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling- to no avail.

This app has been completely useless. Have not had even a single successful call with it. Using a newer phone (13 pro) with no other apps running and can’t get it to work. Have given up. Resorted to an old fashioned phone call.
