Terrible app
One of the worst healthcare apps, after creating an account and logging in the app decided to log me out and now I can log back in at all anymore. It just goes in circles: asks for email -> asks for phone number -> verifies phone number -> then tells me there’s an account and asks me to go back and log in… Guess what the log in button takes you back to where the cycle started again. What kinda devs are you guys hiring? You do realize that fiverr is not a good option for a healthcare app right. DO NOT DOWNLOAD… NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS

I redownloaded this app and it’s become super buggy. Appointments made on the app don’t show up at actual locations. Graphics are out of wack on the messaging section. Information from appointments is very laggy and does not appear for a day or two

The NP never sent the Rx to Safeway on Bay Street in the Marina. The bites increased and the nausea increased. This is not urgent care it is the worst care I’ve had in years.

I have this on my iPhone and it works fine. On the iPad it puts you into a cycle trying to login. Hit login, go to phone security confirm, it then says I already have an account and go back and login, rinse and repeat.

The app says “No copay” with insurance for virtual visits but there’s copay. A receptionist was extremely rude and a doctor just said Go see a gynecologist and that’s it. It’s unbelievable that I’ll be charged for this meaningless call. There was also wait time about 20-30 mins. Don’t recommend.

I have an account, and the app works fine on my iPhone. I loaded it on to my iPad, and it hangs me in a loop that I cannot get out of. I click login, and it asks for a phone number. It then sends a code, at which point, it says I have an account, go back and log in with my email address. I go back and the whole thing starts again. I never get an option to enter my email address.
