The good reviews are completely faked it. Waist money and hours calling customers service. Canceled the service and they took money for months from my account. You can’t remove your account payment information after canceled. I called for months to get my refunded and after 6 months they kept that money and told me oops it is being 6 months and we can’t refunded anymore.

I was given an offer to upgrade my phone, I tried numerous times via the app and it kept giving me various error messages, soooo frustrating. I’d switch phone companies but this is the cheapest, when they raise the rates off to another company I go! Since I can’t get the upgrade to work I’ll just save the money I don’t have to pay for when they raise prices and I can get a brand new phone at Verizon with great customer service

I switched from ATT to Xfinity, since then I’ve been receiving a lot of spams calls, ATT have a an app to block those calls but Xfinity doesn’t have it, this is so annoying, this is a business number I can’t change it, i called customer service and was awful advise and poor customer service, he told me to change the number after I told him this is a business number,
