I’m almost 70 and absolutely hate trying to get any help from customer service. I’ve been trying to get tv installed into a new build…what a run around!!
Terrible service
Every day. I mean: EVERY DAY we lose the ability to change channels, check the channel guide or make any changes. We get the response that there’s difficulty connecting to the internet. All our connections are tight. This can last a few minutes to a half hour, causing us to miss parts of favorite shows. We get code RDK-03033. I have no clue what that means.

Terrible experience
Was sent new equipment and the serial number on equipment was not assigned to our account do we could get connected. Five days with no Internet service. Spent over hour on the phone two days in a row and finally a technician was sent over. He said the serial number didn’t match what was on her account and brought in a new piece of equipment and set up.
Don’t waste your time
The new Xfinity App is a joke. It is little more than a sale’s pitch disguised as a useful app. Its biggest insult is its completely useless link to a dumbed-down robotic Xfinity Assistant which is even more unwieldy than the knowledge base of the very rare “live agent” who can be reached via its chat service. The latter is purposefully insultingly, obstructive and infuriating. Were it not for the useful Xfinity services and its money-saving but mysterious “promotions”, I would go back to ATT, which sadly is now even worse than Xfinity.
