Sluggish and often down
Last few months the app has become very slow. Also it is often out of service.
Completely broken
They went from a great app to an utterly broken piece of garbage. Doesn't login, doesn't authenticate, constant errors, doesn't work at all.

You all quick to turn people service off not knowing their situation even if they do make a payment and it may not be the amount asking but a payment is being made.
Terrible app
The password is ALWAYS having some authentication error!!! They have a convenience fee if paying online as if anyone still uses paper forms of payment!!!! The services are often down so you can barely guage your monthly energy usage at a given time!!! Get it together BGE! You steal all our money and this is what we get in return???!!!!!
