Support? Screens&screens worth of interminably robotic ineffectual irrelevant links. Channel change requests may fail; channel content descriptions may be blank or inaccurate. One may hope your *manual* remote continues to work! Xfinity ROI? 🤮(Remember: any human agent with whom you deal is bound and sworn to offer you a deal on something or other. DO NOT ACCEPT! It just encourages them. 💸)

It will change the channels and provides a channel listing, which is nice. But, like others have said, there are very basic features that it lacks. Just like anything having to do with Xfinity, it will frustrate you. No volume, no on/off button and since there’s no volume button, why not allow us to turn on closed captions? That aint there either. The only reason I downloaded this app is because my remote stopped working and so this is getting me through until the new one arrives.

My Samsung TV turns itself on occasionally at any hour of the day. I returned from a trip and my TV. was ON!!! I am on a trip and neighbor contacted me by text that my TV has been on for several days!!! I have disconnected power to my appliances before a trip and I must have missed switching TV power OFF. I tried to turn my TV OFF remotely using Voice command and hope my TV is OFF when I return.
