Won’t update. can’t use
When you open the app, it constantly says update available. When you click to update, it has no update. And will not open. I’ve tried installing and reinstalling twice with no success.

What a complex service you have, mainly focused on clients. Disgusting! It is impossible to reach the operator's support service to solve the problem. How can you make such an idiotic dialing system? DISGUSTING SERVICE!

App is as good as FPL is at keeping on electricity
This app works about as well as my electricity service does. Can never login and so have to use the website. If there was any viable alternative to FPL I advise you to take it.

Update? Seems to be s recurring issue
Yup - I read the comments and Im not the only one with the 6.2.0 update issue. First, the app never logged in so after a few second, you get a pop up notification requesting this update to the 6.2.0 version. Then you have been taken to your app store, update the version and now taking youback to the App to tell you one more rime to update the version again? I need to pay my bill, you’all better fix the bug ASAP.
Great app to go with a great company.
