Wrong name
I was able to pay my bill. My name is spelled wrong. Last name is Printup. Hopefully the payments continue to go through with the misspelled name. It’s not the one on the payment card.

When setting up it asked for my account number and associated address. Fine. They have been sending paper bills for years. Buuutttt…… app claimed no customer found with thhat account number or address. Really?!?! Repeated process several times with due care. Same result.. phone support for app??? Waste of time. Ill just lick stamps or live with the gibberish of phone pay. Such a simple thing in this era. One would think the vendor hired to design the app would understand what the goals are and that Breezline management would too. But hey now, let’s forgive those college loans for the poor abused idiots.
Face ID Removed
What happened to the sign in with Face ID? Now it’s always asking for your password. This is a step backwards.

Worst company
Worst internet company in Miami. The Internet connection drops 5-10 times a day, they do maintenance and turn off the Internet for several hours, as the company would have done in 1980-1990! They cannot, like other normal companies, do maintenance by transferring networks to others without harm to consumers! Like, for example, an electricity company (they do maintenance, but the lights work without harming customers). as well as other Internet providers. Why provide a service at all if you cannot provide basic things and make them stable in 2024! There is simply no worse company!

Doesn’t work 1st time
Either under maintenance or won’t accept my password. It’s a saved password and it’ll work after I close the app and try again, so it’s not operator error.
