Broken App
App is stuck in a loop asking location and privacy settings after most recent update, making the app useless. This would be less of a problem if the app would remember any of your account info, like what state you are in. Every login on this app is like the first time, even before they broke it
Newest update fail
Just did the update cause the app said to and the app is stuck on a loop with authorizing notifications and location services. Can’t get in to pay bill. Turned phone off and back on after update and still doing it.
Face ID
Lucky I even gave a star. It’s annoying that I have to sign in everytime. Had this issue for months. Please fix the Face ID
Time to sue!
Dominion energy has been telling me I need to pay them because I didn’t produce enough energy, however my solar panels are set to produce 2X what I use. I have not used 22.1 mwh over the last year and they are trying to make me pay for my over production!
Easy but annoying
Easy to pay bills and interact with account - no issues here. My only complaint is that Face ID doesn’t work. It triggers, reads my face, and still makes me manually sign in.
Scheduled payments
Scheduled payments do not work on this app. I set up for a payment to automatically be taken out of my account. I received an email receipt the day my payment was scheduled to be taken out saying it was processed and accepted . Only to find out, the payment was not taken out of my account and I ended up being late on my bill payment.
