System provides the necessary security for a home. It does has its flaws but customer support does assist in providing a solution. Reaching customer service is at times though challenging. Overall it does provide peace of mind and hopefully will function as designed should an emergency ever arise.

It’s a good app but it should work when a user is outside of North America. Impossible to monitor the system if one is travelling. Please fix this bug.

Before you make the mistake of paying for ADT, read the most recent reviews. Well-deserved one stars. App will not connect to the alarm panel. Cannot turn alarm on and off with the app when not at home. Useless ADT
