Unreliable- Can’t Trust During Emergency
iOS 17.4.1 - here are the following bugs that have not been addressed in the 3 years I’ve used this app. -Set alarm page set on “initializing” forever. You can’t turn on or off your alarm. Shutting down app and reopening fixes this. -Opening app for normal use post authentication takes you to login page. Closing and reopening app bypasses login page. -Live video feed stuck on buffering for long periods of time. Some days it never works. -App does nothing when entering PIN (alarm/devices page). Closing and reopening app fixes this. -Inaccurate “history” of events. Missing so many events that happened like door/windows opening, camera motion. Once my contract is up I will be leaving ADT for another company solely bc of how bad this app is. Can’t trust it to work when I need it.
The Worst
It never works!!!
It is terrible
First, the system frequently loses connection, sometimes for days. We test our WiFi and there’s no issue, the system just doesn’t want to work. That’s a different story. But the app…oh the app…I keep getting signed out, it won’t add trusted devices, you log out and it automatically logs back in on its own. But my favorite is if you can’t get it to sign in if you just close and open the app a bunch of times it will just sign you in automatically. Super secure and easy to use, insert eyeroll. 1 star, don’t recommend, can’t wait to cancel our subscription.
Indoor and outdoor cameras
They have a 3 minute delay, that’s if they decide to work. The batteries for the outdoor cameras last about 24 1/2 hours. Horrible service. There is always a glitch in the system that constantly sends me notifications that my fire alarm is going off or my carbon monoxide alarm is going off.
Terrible service
I have to call a rep for everything. Camera works whenever. Customer reps are unethical. I need to report my experience to the FBI. I cannot make changes to my own account. I always have to call these idiots who could never assist with anything
Faulty sensors
Sensors are faulty and alarm went off randomly.
Unsatisfied customer
This is the worst service and the customer service is also very bad.
