The Better Health: Rewards app helps you set goals to eat healthier and move more. The goals will be just for you, based on how active you are and what you normally eat and drink. This means you can work on what matters to you most, taking small steps week to week towards healthier habits. Let’s do this together! 

The app is only available to residents of Wolverhampton aged 18 and over.

FREE fitness tracker  

The Better Health: Rewards app will use a compatible fitness tracker to support you in achieving your activity goals.

Order your free fitness tracker in the Better Health: Rewards app or connect your own device if you already have one. The app is compatible with the Apple Health App, Fitbit, Garmin, and Google Fit.   

Your weekly goals  

Each week you have the choice of which goals you want to work on. The ‘heathier eating’ goals will help you to  reduce the amount of sugar and saturated fat that you eat. They’ll help you to eat more fibre, fruits and vegetables too.  

The ‘move more’ goals help you to improve your activity levels and increase your step count.  

Rewards  

Unlock access to thousands of rewards by taking easy actions. Rewards include money off your food shop, cinema tickets, days out and many more.
