Easy to navigate around
I have been for my first session today in Portslade with Sasha, who explained everything well including to download an app called Yuka to scan food items to get a better understanding of the hidden ingredients. Very useful information. I am quite tech savvy so enjoy looking at information on apps. Thank you.

This is a great app with wonderful support for the start of a weight loss journey. The personalised calls with a dietician are great for accountability and the extra resources are easily digestible. Like others, I wish the exercise app and external fitness devices such as my Fitbit synced better but for only 12 weeks, this was great.

This app is pretty poor. I was logged out and couldn’t log back in. I changed my password many times and still couldn’t get back in. I deleted the app and reinstalled and still can’t get back in. When I could get in, I found the app pretty lame. No questions about my current lifestyle or exercise regime and no obvious way to let you know. No account of the family around me - we don’t all live in isolation. Mostly, I have found this app useless.

I’m very disappointed with this service. I filled in a form n have been waiting ever since for someone to contact me to help me start using the programme, however I’ve heard nothing and now I’m getting asked for readings of my weight. Difficult to do if you’ve not started the programme!
