Getting on well
Found this app and decided to try it as although I lost weight on the 2 main weight loss company apps, I soon went back to my normal eating habits. I can eat what I want as long as I track it. Lost 6lbs in the first week. I haven’t used all the allocated calories so usually end up with about 200 left but feel full enough not to need them. I’m only on my 2nd week and enjoying the experience. Give it a go! What have you got to lose?

Been using this app for just a couple of weeks now, it gives me more of an insensitive as I’ve never really counted calories or wrote down in black & white but now that I am it makes me more focused and determined to change my eating habits. I find the app really helpful with good ideas and information available.
Easy and effective
App is easy to use and really helps focus your mind on what your going to eat before you do. I still have calories to have something i really want like a biscuit or wine but you can see what you have left and make informed choices before you eat it

I find this App really helps me. Keeping a food diary and counting calories ensures a slow and steady weight loss. Nothing dramatic but hopefully, therefore, sustainable. I can have treats so long as I don’t go over the calorie allowance. Simple!
