Disappointing
I ordered a repeat prescription 3 weeks ago to be collected from my local chemist. I’ve been in today to collect said prescription only to be told it hasn’t been requested, even though the app says it has been, so a trip to the Doctors surgery to be told the same thing!! not good enough and this isn’t the first time it’s happened, I always order with plenty of time so I don’t run out of my medication. And There should be some kind of notification to say that your request has been granted then maybe this wouldn’t happen
Awful, not fit for purpose
Just completely useless and not at all useable. Unable to book appointments, sort prescriptions. After trying to us rhe app, you have to call the surgery any way because it doesn’t work, so might as well just cut to the chase.
Rubbish
It won't let me put in my Dob .. useless
Utter nonsense
I have this app and the NHS app both only facilitate booking nurses appointments for fasting bloods (random) and repeat prescriptions which is good but there is zero notification that the prescription has been prepared. The surgery has stopped booking appts and directs people to the app so at a dead end - useless. Where is the customer centricity or product management. I thought I might have a fault so looked for a way to report it, but the only thing ‘help’ provides is ‘go to your App Store and download an update’ WT? as if that is the fix for all problems and there was no update. Useless!
Struggling with one of the screens
This is a great app but I’m struggling to read one of the screens on my phone - iPhone 15 iOS 17.3.1 Please send me a link that I can share a screen shot with you. Many thanks Nikki
Not fit for purpose
…and unknown to GPs. Most of the options aren’t options at all leading to blank pages or dead ends. Even if they lead somewhere your GP is blissfully unaware.
Impossible to login
The app is utterly rubbish. Even though my profession is in IT and web development, I can't sign up. To sign up, I need a passphrase, username, organization code, password, and account ID, which I already received from GP printed out on paper, which is ridiculous. How can elderly people even sign up?
