The MyINFINITI App is available for use by all INFINITI clients, though the experience has been optimized for vehicles 2014 and later. Works great on my 2023 qx50
Just purchased a brand new 2023 Infiniti QX50. The app works amazing and very happy with it so far no issues unlocks my vehicle, lock it, remote starts it and everything works as it supposed to.
Needs a lot of improvement
The app would be great if it actually worked most of the time. Very often can’t find the car. Forced password changes too frequent that I need to change on multiple devices of other family members. Password update process not user friendly. When my free trial ends, I will not pay for a subscription service, unless improvements are made.

This app has not functioned properly- even after updates … it’s almost worthless! The pages load slowly and data is inaccurate For our qx55 the mileage is incorrect, even after refreshing it; distance to empty never correct; odometer reading always incorrect ; alert that service is due weeks after service completed For our q50 the odometer also always incorrect, incorrect alert that the tire pressure is too low continuing long after the issue was resolved; same issue regarding service reminders on; fuel remaining always incorrect
