Works till your password expires then customer service can’t help you. Looking at refinancing at bank to never have to deal with Nissan again.

I can do everything I need to do on the app fine, but it’s incredibly frustrating to have to continually update this app. I log in once a month to pay my note, and every time, I have to update this app before I can pay. Very annoying.

I have to update every month and still can’t access this app. When I try to reset my password, I never received a link to do so. Never have I ever worked so hard to make a payment in my life. I feel like the app was made by the Flintstones and I need the Jetsons.
