I have multiple accounts with synchrony, so I figured downloading app would help me expedite the process of paying my bills… I was unable to log into the app so I called customer support only to be hung up on 4 times. Absolute garbage support. Just pay your credit off as quick as possible with these fools and run from this dumpster fire of a company!

Terrible user interface. If you delete one bank account for another, they will keep your old one hidden in auto pay, charge the old one, will say your current payment didnt go through, then charge a late fee even if you have your current bank in there. Absolute bait and switch to hope you don’t see. Sad

Logging through the app has generated a “we apologize the system is down” message for the last 22 consecutive days. From a financial services platform, where I’m trying to give them money….

The app works just fine but why do you guys wait so long to take a payment from an account. I make my payment as soon as I get paid on Friday and you guys don’t take the payment until Wednesday. It’s like you purposely do this as an attempt to make more money on fees. Definitely not customer friendly or oriented. Once I’m paid off. I will never do business with this bank again. All other credit cards come out by that following day or Monday. I’m just bugged. It’s makes it hard for normally everyday people with busy lives. And it just seems that synchrony takes advantage.

I’ve never used such crappy app - it never, EVER, recognizes your credentials. You can reset them as many times as you want, never works. Who developed this???
