This company is a joke. What To Do If You Think You Find A Mistake On Your Statement If you think there is an error on your statement, write to us at Card Services - Dispute Resolution, PO Box 84064, Columbus, GA 31908-4064. In your letter, give us the following information: · Account information: Your name and Account number. · Dollar amount: The dollar amount of the suspected error. · Description of problem: If you think there is an error on your bill, describe what you believe is wrong and why you believe it is a mistake. You must contact us within 60 days after the error appeared on your statement. You must notify us of any potential errors in writing. You may call us, but if you do we are not required to investigate any potential errors and you may have to pay the amount in question.
Can’t log on
I can not get into the app!!! I have even reset username and password and contacted customer service to reset it all!!! Can anyone help?? Yes I have an iPhone

Hate the logo screen
This is a poorly designed app. I have to watch the “intro screen” every time I use it. It’s a waste of time. Get straight to the details. It’s a good app other than that. The “payment splitting” is kind of a gimmick, wish I could opt out of that step too.
Horrible card
they offer you few thousand dollar card but don’t allow you to make big purchases and the rewards don’t work either ! Don’t Use This Card !

I am highly disappointed in this credit card company due to the fact that a letter was sent out on 2/23/24 and I just received it today 3/25/24 stating my account has been closed due to inactivity…. Inactivity, NOT credit or failure to pay bill, and the customer service representative woks not reopen the account. Some individuals save credit cards should a major life event arises, such as vehicle maintenance etc. I would NOT recommend this company for a credit card!!!!
