Have to constantly log back in
I have to enter a password and set up facial recognition EVERY TIME I open this app. Total and complete junk.
Airline has credited my account 152.80
I have spoken to ten (10) agents and they have sent whoever they had to sent the request to put the money on back to my account.$152.80 it has been over 60 since American Airlines has refunded my account, and this company has not put the money to my account. My account is paid all monies except the $152.80 that is shown, I have requested on three different phone calls a supervisor , I was advised it takes up to three days for a Supervisor to call me, it has been 32 days and I have not received a response yet. And the amount is still pending on my account.
Doesn’t make sense
This app should be all inclusive for the credit cards AND loans with this company. This doesn’t make sense for it to only serve 1 account type.
Transactions missing in app
I’m new to Best Egg, and I’m worried. I can’t get their phone tree to work. No response to email… I have been waiting for a credit to post to my account for 10 days. It does not appear in the app, but it shows up on the when I login to the full website. I had to manually calculate my balance to make sure it was right. Bad app. Bad customer service

Ohh my Goodness where do I start, I have never experienced such a horrible service in my banking life, this company first of all is behind times and technology, from the day I started business with best egg is been nothing but bad experience, they had a 0% interest intro program for 12 months and I thought I will take advantage of that and I had setup auto payment before starting to use it but for some reason their system rejected it and I was charged a late fee which I had to talk to the manager to remove the late charges, another thing is that I used the card because I was trying to purchase a car which did not go through and this was in November of last year and we are in February this is almost 4 months ago the company kept telling me that they are still investigating the cars but the car was sold to another customer and best egg is still investigating it , I had called countless times with always the same thing we are still investigating it and I just found out that they have taken away the introductory program that got me to join in the first place and on top of that I got charged for interest through no fault of my own so please take my advice and don’t join or deal with this company they are headache to deal with and extremely slow to respond to issues, I REGRET SIGNING UP.
