Expect Better Quality
To have such a basically designed app with no attractive features in this time makes no sense. I suppose the app works, but one knock is regarding payments and the time it takes to show it. For example, I made my payment on April 13th (it was previously scheduled), yet there is no evidence of it anywhere. Why wouldn’t it appear under payments? Or transactions? There should be record of the payment being made located somewhere on the app until the payment clears

I haven’t been able to log in to the app to pay my bill for a month now. And when you go to the website you have to log in 4-5 times before it even lets you in. And the fact you can’t add the cards to your Apple Wallet without calling and jumping through hoops to do so. But when your rebuilding your credit you only have so many options for credit cards.
