Troubleshooting
I don’t know what I’ve done but I can’t get this app to work to save my life. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won’t show anything. I have an iPhone and looked for updates and it’s all updated. Can someone please help me.
Lousy App
This app only works occasionally. Right now it is telling me where my car is located 18 hours ago. How does that help me if my car is stolen. It only starts remotely about 10% of the time. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!
Charging needs to go back to the drawing board
The simple aspects that work for all cars are not bad. The interface is easy to navigate and a lot of the functions work well. That being said, charging control & information is a disaster. Charging time estimates are WAY off (more than two times what it says in car dashboard and what actually ends up being true). Cannot stop charging from app. App charging communication is hit and miss. Very little information on charging is provided (for example, it doesn’t provide charge rate and charging status doesn’t update as it’s charging — so shows state of charge as what it was before charging began instead of what it is now). So the app is entirely useless to me during charging. I have to walk down to wherever the car is.
Incapable and Inaccurate
This app requires you to manually update the miles for my vehicle. The cannot tell if my doors are locked, or even my tire pressure or driving range. The app doesn’t track my vehicle’s location, only the location of my phone. The app says that I only have the standard warranty, even though I purchased the extended warranty and the lifetime powertrain warranty.
Not updating odometer automatically
I wish it kept track of all of the things about my car - mileage, alerts, etc. Does not update automatically.

Terrible
Just bought my car and it’s telling me my door is open even though I’ve reclosed it several times. The start engine, lock/unlock features take way too long to be helpful. The only good thing is the tire pressure sensor and the GPS.
