Review of the App
This is review is about the App not the machine. The vacuum itself is great but whoever designed the App should be fired. Why would you put the stop button right at the bottom of the screen where you have to swipe up to close the App? Any guesses why thats a terrible location? Yup, if you’re not careful and go to close the App, you will also stop your pool cleaner. Very basic App layout mistake.

Seems every time I open this app it wants a password. I assume every update the app forgets the credentials. It gets annoying quickly. If I could do this over I would of bought a cleaner that did not require an app.

Been using from one phone for a couple of seasons. As soon as my wife created an account and paired her phone with the robot we receive “Robot is not responding”. Both of us disconnected and tried everything Mayotronics support line said to do with no success. The app is now useless to us.

App is great but did the app designer ever actualkyvuae the app because in order to switch apps on iPhone you have to swipe up and if you are not precise you hit the stop button and have to start your cycle all over. Come on really it never occurred to you. The iPhone is probbalybone of the. Most popular phones in the world and you out the stop button right where you need to swipe to change apps on your phone. Monumentally stupid. Change that asap!!!

Clean the pool quickly and effectively. Not as heavy as others and the filter is easy to clean. My only complain is repair. It stopped working last summer. The pool store was helpful but it took almost the entire summer to get the parts needed to repair the thing.
United StatesCan’t get app to connect to device via Bluetooth
UPDATE: app and power base miraculously connected via BT finally after a week of trying. Tech support has been very responsive. The app doesn’t add much for my product aside from scheduling and Siri support. Previously: I just received a brand new Maytronics Nautilus cc Plus with Wi-fi. Problem: unable to connect to it via Bluetooth. I’ve followed all the instructions from the app and the instructions manual several times, and tried different phones. I tried with a iPhone 13 Pro Max and an iPhone 15 pro. The app keeps timing out. I tried capturing the QR code also, but nothing helps. Also tried disconnecting the power unit, waiting a minute, then reconnecting. I even tried deleting the app and re-installing. I have no idea what features are available in the app, since I cannot get to use it. Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.

After a number of chats, e-mails, and phone calls with Maytronics, we agreed to an exchange. Sent the original cleaner and power supply back to the seller and received a new Sigma cleaner and power supply. This time the app worked exactly as advertised. I was able to get full functionality out of the cleaner and the app. I was very pleased with both Maytronics and poolbots.com for working with me to get me fully satisfied with the cleaning system. —————————————————- I recently purchased the Dolphin Sigma robot. It does a great job keeping the pool clean including the walls. If all I was reviewing was the robot, I’d give it 5 stars. But the app is terrible. I get a connection to the robot, start the cleaning, in less than a minute after the cleaning starts, I get an alert saying connection to the robot is lost. The only option is to stop the robot. I end up starting the cleaning manually from the power supply and the robot works fine. At the end of the routine I can see the history of that last cleaning but no earlier cleanings. That info is gone. Today I tried to use the scheduling feature in the app. Did not work. I called Maytronics. Couldn’t get through to a person. Tried their chat service. They sent me detailed instructions. Didn’t work. Next step was to pack up the robot to send it in for “repairs”. Again, love the robot but the app is absolutely worthless!
