It’s funny how the website tells you to use the app, and then half of the items you click on inside the app send you back to the website…… To a page that tells you to download the app 😂 Don’t bother with the app, it’s worthless. Crazy to think that Frontier is a TECH company when their app was developed by children.
AI Chat Bot Is Useless
Believe, I want to be able to troubleshoot on my own. I read the faqs and go through as many steps before calling for technical support. The AI the app provides for “chat” is about as useful as a yahoo answers thread discussing the shape of earth. Give us real support through the app or access to customer service once, our problems fly over the bot’s pay grade.
Garbage app
My internet has been flaky all day. I go to the app to see if service is down and it says “no issues reported in your area” then I call and the recording says “we checked your account and are working on the outage issues in your area, check the app for status”. That’s not helpful since the app shows there isn’t a problem and suggests it’s my router. Plus I tried to chat multiple times to see if there was an outage but the chat bot fails. Garbage app and the service is pretty garbage too. Disappointed I switched from cable internet to fiber at least this is less expensive but that’s not helpful when it doesn’t work.
App doesn’t work
Ive had the app for about 5 months now and it still says no bill due, my account wont sync with the website. My bill is on autopay through the website but the app doesn’t recognize it and is completely useless. The ai help within the app doesn’t understand this and there is now way to fix it without making a phone call. No point in having this app at all.
App is broken

Face ID never works…. My internet goes down… no way to report that it’s down… shows no outages.. then stuck doing the dumb test Everytime just for them to submit a ticket just for them to later say oh their is an outage…
