The mySunrun app is the single access point for Sunrun solar customers to monitor their systems, better understand their home energy profiles, and take care of business (like paying a bill or locating important documents).
Waste of time
Data never updates. It runs at a minimum one day behind, right now I’m going on three days without an update. Is my system working or not? I don’t know.
This company will not look out for your best interest
I am paying a $200 month bill plus utilities. Before solar bill I was paying less than $200 per month.

It’s a scam!!!
They will tell you anything to sign up and lock you in to a 25 year contract. They will say things like “you never owe anything to your electric company” but they are lying. I got a bill from SDGE for 2000 dollars that I owed. The customer service is non existent so good luck trying to get help. If you see a Sunrun rep just run away from them they are bottom feeders.

I am a current client of this company and I have an open case CASE#12801601, this has been an ordeal, my worst experience, one of their managers is stealing from me and the entire organization tries to solve it but nothing happens and I have been dealing with this for many months. This company does not deliver what it promises.
