App Not Working
It’s been over a month and these developers still can’t fix the app. It won’t consistently display solar production and now I can’t even sign out and sign back in to refresh the app. They need some better tech engineers!

It worked fine for the longest time. Then there was an app update, which broke all reporting data. They had a temporary fix of logging out and logging back in. Then it started working again without requiring it to log out and back in. However, it is now completely broken and won’t even let me log out. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but it still shows me as logged in. The login is so sticky that I can’t even get rid of it by uninstalling the thing. I don’t know what to do.

Anyone else have to sign in to the app every time they open it? Because I do and I don’t know how to fix that. I’ve tried uninstalling and updating, but I don’t have an option to stay signed in.

Love the app, it shows me my daily, weekly and monthly generation of my solar panels. It also allows me to see my electric consumption as well as how much was exported to or imported from the grid.

The app hasn’t worked since 3/11/24. It keeps saying I’ve experienced a power outage when I haven’t and hasn’t provided any data since the update. I’ve called and their customer service reps say yes this is known issue use the website. Now the website doesn’t work and is stuck on loading house data.
