Hot Garbage
Worst software in the business. Over an hour on-site ON AVERAGE just to establish communication with a homeowners wifi. If you call tech support it’s usually someone who has no idea what they’re actually doing, just reading from bullet point list of steps that I’m convinced is just to designed to make your blood boil. The server transfer that occurred over the summer majorly screwed up data collection for an extended period of time. I don’t know where they hire their engineers from. I’d give it negative 5 stars if I could, and all the 5 star reviews must be SunPower employees. Sunpower makes me want to choose a new profession.

App gives u no option to add in model information for roof devices leading to not being able to submit configuration. Needs to improve
Constantly Improving
The Pro Connect Commissioning Application has improved drastically over the last 6+ months. Connection to Pvs6 , wifi strength, commissioning times all have improved. I recommend rating your experience with comments in the app , the developers are watching and want the feedback. Keep up the great work SunPower
Best solar installation app
Does it seamless for me most of the time. Mostly thrilled by the fact that, whenever an issue is supposed to block the installation, I always get to see an available update that has addressed it. Great team working behind this app!
Classic SunPower: good products ruined by bad software
We’ve been a SunPower dealer for over 10 years but this new app has been nothing but headaches. I have to delete and redownload the app to get through commissioning almost every time. Also, the app makes me change my password weekly which then promptly gets rejected by the app. It takes a 35 minute phone call in which I am transferred to 2 different departments, normal tech support cannot help you, in order to get logged back in. Even after working with the account services team to fix the login, it takes 15 minutes for the app to accept the new, reset login credentials. Bring a good book to read while doing all this waiting.... The final straw for me was sunsetting the old commissioning portal before fully fixing the app. If the app isn’t working—like most of the time—you’re not getting the system on or commissioned. That makes for happy customers... SunPower uses Enphase microinverters which can be purchased without a dealer directly from Enphase for less money. Their app and tech support are by far better both in form and function.
New feature notifies users when the PVS they are connected to is experiencing excessive flash memory wear. This alert serves as prompt for technicians to initiate a RMA for the affected PVS and to replace it with a new PVS to ensure optimal site performance. The scanning feature has been enhanced to better scan third-party battery serial numbers. Bug Fixes Fixed a bug that prevented users from returning to the previous screen while viewing “Errors and Warnings” on the “Error Detail’s” screen during the “System Check” report. Fixed a bug that occurred in the Configure tab; when clicking "Submit Configuration," it incorrectly displayed an "Error While Setting Export Limit" message.
