Just give me solar edge access
This is embarrassing for your app devs, somehow you made a completely new app that visually looks better than the old app, but lacks all the information from the old app. I can only see my production & not my usage anymore. I just want real time monitoring give me access to my OWNED equipment. I should be able to access SolarEdge as it is my own equipment & not leased from sunrun…

The App is very basic! It shows what is “claimed” to be real time health and production, but my battery hasn’t updated in more than a week. That said, I still look at it regularly. I had to delete the App then reinstall it for it to work properly (for now).

It doesnʻt really show current data. It shows an estimate. Whuch is meaningless. This is not data I can use to make choices about power usage.

1: estimated solar production: I’m not paying for estimates. I’m paying for accuracy. Why is yesterday still an estimate and not a total 2: where’s the information concerning battery charging and battery discharge? 3: why is the data broken into 1 hour blocks with no ability to zoom in and see what’s actually going on in a line graph. For example: 8-9 am doesn’t mean anything when I’m researching 8:30 to 9:30 due to weather conditions. For example it’s 1600 in Tampa full sun, generating 0.2 kw. Status says working. Why is not at 4+ & why is it never above 6 which is what I’ve paid for? 4: the old app was fine except that key on the graph that wouldn’t allow one to properly read. 5: thank God for the Tesla app.

Why couldn’t Sunrun just update their old app instead of creating a whole new one? Creates more confusion and distress for customers yet Sunrun will say “we’re son glad you’re happy” even though it’s clear that customers ARE NOT HAPPY. Just reading the other reviews & seeing the low stars show that they don’t care what you have to say they will continue to believe they are doing a great job when they are not. So again why did Sunrun make us customer go through the pain of downloading a whollynew app and ignore the content of the comments? The blatant disregard of customer’s complaints being spun into self gratification is sickening. It’s one big scam from the moment they knock on your door for high pressure sales tactics, the agonizing process of the addition of solar service to this new app. Hello? Can you hear us now? Personal think there’s a huge disconnection. Why should we have to email them in addition to our clear communication in our comments? Waste of our time & energy just escalating every step. Why don’t they just listen the first time & go back to the old app & fix that?!?!?!
