Without fail…
Since the first time I’ve dealt with Cox communications roughly 10yrs ago, and still today they always find a way to NEVER have a consistent bill. Always have to call in about random, unexplained charges on your account and I really hate that it takes 1hr ever single time you have to call in about these issues. Signed up to get services for “$30/mo”, turns out they sent the wrong hardware, then wanted to charge me for someone to come out and run the new line (which they have not yet buried!!!!) and then sold me hardware on monthly payment, raised the cost of the internet to $45 from the original cost that sold me of $30… I get my bill last month and now it’s $55 and no explanation why. It shows the next one is nearly $130 now… again, nothing has changed since they installed services here. INSANE!!! Sounds like a scam.
Review on cox service
We are always having problems with service. Having to reset often. We as a neighborhood are always losing service. Sometimes it only my service. The money we have to pay you seems like we should have better service.
Payment police
Cox would have you arrested if they could if you didn’t pay your bill. Every day they’ve called, texted and sent an email to “remind” they didn’t receive a payment and than even sent an unmarked envelope to through US mail with a letter in red letters like it was the end of the world to pay them. Hahahaha

Cox needs BETTER PRICES FOR LOYAL, LONGTIME CUSTOMERS(2-3 decades!), especially for seniors and disabled customers. If you can give me a better price, please contact me ASAP. Comparing your competitors and Cox's prices are pretty awful. Show seniors and disabled people you APPRECIATE OUR LOYALTY!
