The worse customer service EVER. Upgraded cameras over a month ago now and they are not working and the detection system goes off every night and the call center is calling me waking me up due to the bartender setting the alarm and only having 30 seconds to get out of the bar has had two representatives come out to fix to no avail and have had several appointments for someone to come back out to fix and no one has showed up. Saying they called and no answer but that was a lie. I had no missed calls from them. Can’t get anyone at their office to do anything. It’s all over the phone and all they do is transfer you around and around until they disconnect you. I despise this company and calling a lawyer as soon as they open up to see what can be done about this. I’m sick of being called at 2 or 3 in the morning because these idiots can’t fix this issue

- Continued bug fixes and enhancements for iOS - Fixed an issue where the play button was unresponsive after playing certain saved video clips, making it difficult to replay the clip. - Resolved a crash related to swiping to delete a video clip on the Saved Videos tab. - For customers with multiple systems, we resolved an issue where pausing notifications from a notification message would pause a rule on the incorrect system. - Notifications no longer show the option to pause recording rules if the notification received does not correspond to a system for which the customer is currently logged in to the app on the same device.
