The cable and Wi-Fi are horrible
The cable constantly needs rebooting and the Wi-Fi is very slow. If this wasnt part of my condo fees, I would have left them long ago!!!

Today I purchased my internet service and downloaded the app so I could limit my little boy but unfortunately the app doesn't work it always stays on this screen LET'S ACTIVATE YOUR GATEWAY please could you solve the problem

Having trouble signing into the app.
HTTP STATUS 500 - Internal Service Error. When trying to log in using the app. Wanted to change the SSID & password for the WiFi in my home to something more easily recognized by family members. Cox website asks that you use the app to make these type of changes. Have not been able to log in.
