Mobile push notifications are enabled yet never receive one
Mobile push notifications are enabled under the settings and in iOS, but all this app does is send an email for something that gets lost in the abyss that is my email. I shouldn’t have to go to the point of making a totally separate email address just for this app’s stuff when any modern app that says it gives you a push notification has something in your Notification Center and a badge on the app icon (if the user allows it).
No contact
I don’t get how none of my messages to my landlord through the app won’t reach them! it’s frustrating not been able to talk to someone! but when fees are due right away they reach us! who ever is my land lord! do better and read the messages! 😡
Too Shady
Property management company set up at Hulu for tenants to pay rent, however, when you log into your tenant account to pay your rent, it doesn’t allow you to make reference as to what your payment is for. For example today is April 5, 2024 and I logged into the app to pay my rent for May 1, 2024 and there is no field for me to make reference in the details. All it says is ACH payment in my account. it doesn’t allow me to make any reference. This is for my rent payment and it has been paid early. Also, it charges a $2.49 transaction fee. I can pay directly from Chase Bank without any fee whatsoever. I won’t be using this app any further to pay my rent. There is no reference to what I’ve paid for.

I setup one time auto pay two days before the first of the month I still get an automated threat that I’m missing a rent payment Fix it Also, maintenance requests go unanswered
