CenturyLink is worse than terrible.
Unnecessarily complex and buggy
Everything about Centurylink user apps is always unnecessarily complex. Their email, their interfaces, their modems, even their bills. This app is no exception and it’s adds buggy to the stew. I never could get the app to recognize my account or password which works fine on my laptop. Uninstalled and now I hate you because you have once again made my life more difficult.
Horrible App
For the past 2 years anytime I try using the app it opens and says Account Maintenance in Progress try later, this is ridiculous so I try to log in online and that works but still can’t pay online it’s absolutely horrible, looking to switch services.
Service
My service is nowhere near what I was told it would be running on average of about 25mbps, I’m very disappointed so far
Modem not working!

Problems with Internet
We have had so many problems with connecting to the internet. I bought a new phone 3 weeks ago and it still has not downloaded all my apps. It is so frustrating.
