Error on webpage
Can’t access my account to upgrade internet speeds. Webpage says it is broken or does not exist. Update. I was able to get into my account but it will not let me proceed with upgrading my internet speeds. The last page to submit your request is broken.

Customer service is nowhere to be found. The app itself is garbage - every click just opens up a web browser. You’re better off just opening your native browser if you want to access your account and outage updates. You get what you pay for.

I wanted to verify the time of my appointment for a technician visit to install my modem. Every time I logged in and tried to get to the appointment web page it gave me the following error “Failed to Load”. We are being forced to switch from Centurylink to Quantum. I have had nothing but problems with their online services. Many many errors. Wished Centurylink was not going away, did not have these problems with their online presence.

Overall I have been using this provider for a month or so and I haven’t had any issues at all with the performance or availability. On the other hand, this app is so bad that I’m convinced a high schooler could make a better solution for managing your account. The setup is not intuitive at all. Why not show your users a prompt that says “connect to the home wifi” rather than just letting them debug the issue with a basic error message. After you’ve wasted some time trying to figure out how to set it up, how about you waste around 1 to 2 minutes every time you open the app because this thing loads so slow that it seems they’re using dial-up as their networking infrastructure. As long as I never have to contact them again for anything… this is a great isp!
